Yasmin Gordon

Yasmin is a full service investment advisor licensed in Canada to assist domestic and international clients as well as holding her Series 7 and Series 63 to service US citizens and residents.
She has had a fulfilling career over the past 21 years at Canaccord as a Senior Investment Advisor that specializes in recession proofing investment portfolios with a niche in precious metals investing. Yasmin was mentored by one of the top mine finance specialists in Canada since gold was roughly $350.00 USD/OZ and has subsequently built a solid reputation as a connector within the mining industry aligning global institutions, family offices and high net worth clients with companies of strong investment merit via financings and market buys.
Yasmin and her team also work with a number of issuers providing omnibus solutions attached to their employee share incentivization plans and exceptional trading capabilities such as providing crosses or blocks and highly competitive trading rates.
Aside from the mining sector Yasmin and her team are highly adept at sourcing what they call “non vanilla” investment strategies which stem from a macro, top down approach as they believe it is more important than ever to be cognizant of global economic fragility and geo-political tensions. The team readily advises on private to public investments, ranging from equity to debt or hybrid scenarios such convertible structures.
